LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY
ROBBY RABBIT trolley bags are fully guaranteed with a LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY exclusively against MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced. Outside of manufacturing defects, the LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY only covers the service fee for the repair/replacement of the product. The cost for damaged part/s caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to normal usage, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear, will be shouldered by the customer. Fabric damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to normal usage, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear will not be accepted for repairs/replacements.

ROBBY RABBIT uses only the highest quality materials capable to last in actual environment and situations. All ROBBY RABBIT products undergo strict Multilevel Quality Control Systems that ensures every product works perfectly as it was intended.
Orders and Payment
Welcome to the official Robby Rabbit Online Store. To order, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Go to either the girls section or to the boys section.
2. Click on the product you want. You'll be directed to the product page.
3. On the product page, you can view different pictures of the product and read the product description for product specifications.
4. Still on the product page, you can select the size (for apparels) you want and the quantity.
5. You can click "Buy it now" if you want to proceed to checkout.
6. If you want to purchase the product but want to continue shopping, you can click on "Add to cart" to save the products on your cart and continue shopping. To checkout products in your cart, just click the "Cart" link on the top-right corner of the header menu.
7. On the checkout page you'll be asked for shipping information and payment details. (For questions regarding shipping and payment options, kindly go to their specific sections of this FAQ page)
8. After checking out, we'll begin processing your order.
Any requests to change or cancel your order must be made within 1 hour of order submission. Kindly email us your name and order number at customersupport@robbyrabbit.com.ph
Our payment options are as follows:
A. Debit/Credit Card (PayPal)
-You can pay using your debit/credit card via Paypal with or without a PayPal account.
B. Bank Transfer (OTC/Mobile Banking/GCash or PayMaya Bank Transfer)
-Currently, you can only transfer payments to our BDO account. We'll have other bank options available soon.
-We can only reserve your order/s 72 hours after checkout. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 72 hours.
-You can pay via BDO Over-the-Counter (to your nearest branch), BDO Mobile Banking, GCash/PayMaya Bank Transfer to BDO
-After paying via Bank Deposit, kindly fill up this form: Bank Transfer Payment Confirmation Form (requires a Google account)
-If you don't have a Google account, kindly send us an image of the deposit slip/screenshot of a successful transaction at customersupport@robbyrabbit.com.ph indicating your name, order number, date paid and amount paid so we can begin processing and shipping.

-You can pay for your order via Cash upon delivery to the courier representative.
-We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments within Metro Manila only.
-Orders made via Cash on Delivery (COD) with a shipping address outside Metro Manila will be automatically cancelled (We will cancel/refund any transactions made).
-Metro Manila cities are as follows: Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, City of Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig and Valenzuela
-For failed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (ex. customer refuses to accept and pay for the order upon delivery), kindly send us an email within 7 days after final delivery attempt and indicate your reason/s for refusing delivery to avoid getting blacklisted from the store.
Yes you can, but your shipping address should be an address in the Philippines and payment must be made via Debit/Credit card (PayPal).

-We offer same-day deliveries within Metro Manila only.
-Orders made on or before 3:00PM will receive their order within the day.
-Orders made after 3:00PM will receive their order the next business day.
-Orders made via same-day delivery with a shipping address outside Metro Manila will be automatically cancelled (We will refund/cancel any transactions made).
A. Standard Delivery:
-Shipping Fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.
-Shipping fee may vary depending on the type of item/s and quantity of item/s in your order.
-We usually offer FREE SHIPPING PROMOS so make sure to keep an eye out for those!
B. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only):

Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for factory defective products or wrong items sent.
For backpacks and apparels, we only accept items in its original condition (unused and with complete product tags)
APPARELS
For apparels, we can only process returns 7 days after receiving the order.
BAGS & ACCESSORIES
For backpacks and accessories, we can only process returns 7 days after receiving the order.
For trolley bags, we can only process returns 30 days after receiving the order.

*For factory defective products, we reserve the right of final evaluation if it is indeed a factory defect. Rest assured that our evaluation team has at least 5 years of experience with bags and apparels and are truly competent to investigate product issues.
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for size changes so make sure you review your cart before checking out. You can also refer to the size chart to help you find the correct size.
